The not-so-livery version of our Nose to Tail house specialty! Our Primal Lite ground beef includes ground beef (approximately 85% lean and 15% fat) with about 10% of the mix from liver, heart, spleen, and kidney.
This mix was designed for those who aren’t quite ready to take the full plunge into organ meats, but still want to reap some of their nutrition.
Regeneratively raised in Texas. 100% grass fed & grass finished on pasture. Hormone, pesticide, and antibiotic-free. Nutrient dense & wild-crafted.
“Regenerative” describes holistic management practices that improve the health of the soil and land. Our beef is 100% grass-fed and grass-finished, but we prefer the term “wild-crafted” because of the diversity in our animals’ diets. Our management style ensures that all of our beef is flavorful and completely free of hormones, antibiotics, and pesticides.Share
