The tender meat and grass fed fat give our T-bone a heavenly flavor. Part of what makes the T-bone so delicious is that its bone helps retain the juicy taste. It's great for grilling, broiling, or pan-frying. The T-bone is from the backbone of the animal. It's a New York Strip on one side of the bone and a small tenderloin on the other.
