 “Regenerative” describes holistic management practices that improve the health of the soil and land. All of our pork is completely free of hormones, antibiotics, and pesticides. Our pigs eat the forage on their pasture as well as fruit and raw skim milk from local producers who can’t sell it. As we move our pigs from pasture to pasture, they impact the land just enough so that the soil and grass return healthier than ever.

Since we are able to control the diet of our pigs, we ensure that it’s low in polyunsaturated fats, also known as PUFA. A low PUFA diet ensures that our pork is tastier and that our pigs are as healthy as possible.
